Please complete all sections in full. Requests for Returns Authorisation will normally be considered within 48 hours of submission, subject to properly completing this form. If a return is approved in accordance with our returns policy, a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN) will be issued.

Requests for return can only be made within 30 calendar days of the original invoice date.  

NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A VALID RAN.

Warranty & Returns Policy

Refurbished

Our refurbished devices come with a full, 1-year warranty from the date of purchase (unless otherwise stated in the product title or description at the time of purchase). This is a return-to-base warranty, meaning that after the first 30 days of purchase (covered under the 30-day money-back guarantee), should a fault occur, you can send the item back to us at any point during your 1-year warranty period. This applies to all technical faults only. Warranties are void if accidental or liquid damage occurs. All warranty claims are treated on a case-by-case basis. 

In the instance of a warranty claim or return, please submit the claim form below and our returns team will contact you on further steps.

 

New-Retail

New Devices come with a full, 1-year warranty manufacturer warranty from the date of purchase (unless otherwise stated in the product title or description at the time of purchase). Any warranty claims will need to be dealt with by the manufacturer directly. Extended warranty options will also be dealt with by the manufacturer.

Please refer to the manufacturer warranty policy should you need clarification on the warranty terms.

RETURNS POLICY

 

Customers have the right to return any purchased items without defining the reason within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the moment of receiving those items from the Seller or the Seller's representatives. The items can be returned if their consumer properties, factory labels, and ready-for-sale condition are preserved.

To return the items, Customers must submit a copy of proof of purchase and fill in the return request form.

 

Rules on returning and exchanging Items with discovered defects:

Customers are entitled to notify the Seller of any discovered defects and demand to rectify them within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the moment of the receiving the Items from the Seller. The only exception are defects caused by improper handling of the Items by the Customer.

Customers have the right to refuse to take Items and ask for a money refund. In this case the Items must be returned to the Seller, and their consumer properties, factory labels, and ready-for-sale condition are preserved.

To return the Items, you must submit the copy of proof of purchase and fill in the return request form.
