HOW IT WORKS
2. SUBMIT A CLAIM
Edge Computers will submit your claim within 21 days of your purchase date.
When submitting your claim, we would ask you to provide the following:

Details of your trade-in device

Your business or school details (including bank details)
Remember that you can claim for up to 100 purchases of qualifying Lenovo desktops, workstations or laptops. In addition, you can also claim for up to 100 purchases of qualifying Lenovo monitors. That's up to 200 purchases in total that can be claimed for - either in one, or as part of multiple submissions.
3. TRADE-IN YOUR DEVICE
We'll provide you with full instructions for trading in your device. Please make sure you send your device within 60 days of receiving your approval email.
If you have purchased a qualifying ThinkPad, ThinkCentre or ThinkStation, you can trade-in any desktop, laptop or workstation. If you have purchased a new Lenovo monitor, however, you can trade-in either your old monitor, laptop, workstation or desktop - whichever you prefer!
4. RECEIVE YOUR TRADE-IN REWARD
After receiving your trade-in device, Lenovo will validate your claim and pay your trade-in reward within the following 14 days.
5. CARBON OFFSETTING
Carbon offsetting is a way to compensate for your emissions by funding an equivalent carbon dioxide saving elsewhere. Our everyday actions, at home and at work, consume energy and produce carbon emissions; carbon offsetting is used to balance out these emissions by helping to pay for emission savings in other parts of the world. For each Trade-in unit recycled, Lenovo will help to offset carbon emissions by planting one tree in the UK.
